The Book of Youth Ministry Volume One

I have been a youth pastor for over 35 years and I wear every minute of it with pride. 

When I told my youth pastor, at 20 years old, that I was in this for life, God must have heard me and has kept me in it even when I didn’t want to be in it.

This book is not my life story nor is it the end all to “what is is youth ministry and how to do it.” 

I’ve been around long enough to know that the way youth ministry is being done by me and others, today, will not be the way youth ministry will be done 10 years from now or even next year just like it is not being done now the way it was 30 years ago. 

Some of these chapters are How To focused and some are for inspiration, introspection and examination.

My hope is that this Book of Youth Ministry, will be a helpful guide to you as I have include questions and worksheets at the end of many, though not all, of the 39 chapters.

As you read this book, just know that it was written by someone who loves Jesus, youth ministry and you.
