Four Week Bible Study: Unpopular
I have been a Skillet fan for quite some time so I might be a little biased, but this is a timely song,
The theme of the song has a double meaning, Skillet is talking about themselves, as a band, and how people hate on them but they’re also talking about how unpopular truth is in today’s world.
These lessons were inspired by the song and explores examples from the Bible of unpopular people due to their commitment to God.
Week 1: Gideon
Week 2: Daniel
Week 3: Paul
Week 4: Jesus
All lessons include activities, graphics, small group questions + preaching messages and slides
The call to students is what Jesus said from the beginning,
Remember what I told you: ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted me, they will persecute you also. If they obeyed my teaching, they will obey yours also. John 15:20
Enjoy the lessons and here’s to being unpopular.
